| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法，对榆林市健身俱乐部和健美操指导员现状及存在的问题进行调查分析，并针对存在的问题，结合榆林市实际情况，提出了相应的改进措施，以期为榆林市健身俱乐部和健美操的持续、健康发展提供理论参考。

| Abstract: | This paper investigates and analysis the status quo and present problems of the fitness clubs and aerobics instructors in Yulin city by using document literature,interviews,questionnaires,statistics. Based on the existing problems and combining the actual situa-tions of Yulin,it puts for ward some corresponding measures for improvement to provide a theoretical reference for the sustainable and healthy development of the fitness clubs and aerobics in Yulin. |
