| 摘 要： | 高职院校的入口模式和职业资格证书制度对我国国民整体职业素质的提高有着深远的影响。我们要改革高职入口模式，坚持以考查职业技能为主，面向全民；同时，构建适应企业需求的职业技能证书评审体系，规范职业资格证书管理，促进职业教育健康发展，推动国民职业素质的提高。

| Abstract: | The entrance examination system for higher vocational institution and the occupational qualification system may have far-reaching influence on the quality of anticipated workforce. The paper points out that the candidates＇ professional competence should be the first consideration in the examination and the candidates should not be limited to the students. Meanwhile, the education authority should improve the qualification assessment system and management of certificate so that it can meet the demand of enterprises on the workforce and promote the sound development of higher vocational education and the enhancement of overall professional quality of workforce in general. |
