摘    要:采用水热法制备了具有可见光响应的硫掺杂、氮掺杂以及硫氮共掺杂纳米二氧化钛,并测试其光催化活性.产物用X-射线衍射(XRD)、紫外漫反射光谱(UV-vis DRS)、N2-吸附脱附曲线(BET)、透射电镜(TEM)等进行分析表征;利用SGY-Ⅰ型多功能光反应仪进行光催化活性测试.实验研究发现,离子掺杂提高了催化剂对紫外光的吸收,而且将光吸收范围拓展到可见光区;掺杂没有改变产物的晶相;掺杂TiO2的光降解效率高于纯TiO2,其中以在550℃下焙烧制得的S,N-TiO2催化效果最好.

Abstract:In this paper,the sulfur-doped,nitrogen-doped and S-N co-doped nano-titanium dioxides were obtained through hydrothermal method with different reaction conditions.The products were characterized of by XRD,UV-vis DRS,BET,TEM and so on.Photocatalytic activity of N-doped TiO2 photocatalysts was evaluated by the degradation of methyl orange(MO),which was performed in an SGY-I photochemical reactor.It was found in experiment that the photoresponse was increased and the absorbance edge shifted to the visible region due to doping.The photodegradation performance of doped TiO2 was better than that of pure TiO2.The photacatalyst calcined at 550℃ performed best.
