| 摘 要： | 针对当前医药院校实验室资源配置存在的问题,分析了其中的原因,结合实验教学管理传统模式的改革,建立、健全实验室管理机构,以院系为单位实行公用房定量分配和动态管理,加强实验室队伍建设提高实验室工作人员的整体素质。建立校级实验公用平台,重视实验室教学仪器设备资源等措施,提高了实验室利用效益。
