| Abstract: | Britain carries out inclusive education relatively early. Nowadays, in education for students with learning difficulties, Britain has already laid solid legal foundation and set up system assurance. In practice, Britain adopts the model of graded approach to identification, assessment and intervention. These experiences can provide some references for our country. |
