| 摘 要： | SRTP是高校为提高大学生综合素质，培养创新精神和实践能力而设置的重要教学环节。根据近几年来对SRTP的指导经验，本文总结了训练计划的运行模式，指出SRTP对工科学生综合能力的培养具有重要作用，对训练计划提出了合理化建议。

| Abstract: | SRTP is an important teaching part of university aims to improve the overall quality of college students, cultivate the innovative spirit and practical ability. This study summed up the training program of SRTP based on the guidance experience in recent years. It was found that the SRTP has important role on the comprehensive ability of engineering students, such as the ability of practical, analyze-and-solve problems in scientific research and team spirit. At last the rationalization proposals of the training program were put forward. |
