| 摘 要： | 从思维方式的角度对中西翻译理论进行比较，可以看出中西思维方式在悟性和理性、形象和抽象，历史和超前方面存在的差异，这种差异影响和制约着中西翻译理论传统在研究方法上概括笼统与条分缕析、语言表述上含蓄与明了、论证形式上应用型与理论型、微观与宏观以及学科形态上保守单一和开放多元的差别。中西翻译理论之间客观存在的差异可以从中西哲学和社会文化思想的差异上得到解释。

| Abstract: | A comparison of translation theories between China and western countries in terms of thinking pattern demonstrates that differences of thinking pattern determine differences of translation theories in China and the West in methodology, expression, representation and orientation of the discipline, and the differences can be interpreted in terms of philosophy and social cultural ideology. |
