| 摘 要： | 采用现场观察法、数理统计法，对十运会女篮决赛阶段防守情况进行分析。结果认为，十运会女篮决赛阶段比赛无干扰的投篮较多，抢到前场篮板球绝大多数因防守未挡抢，大多数犯规为手部犯规，夹击效果一般，防守快攻较差。重新认识防守理念和提高个人防守能力是主要的对策。

| Abstract: | By the methods of field observation and statistic,this paper analyzed on the defense of woman basketball's final stage of the 10th National Games of People's Republic of China.The results showed that the unforced shots are many,a majority of the offensive rebounds attained for not blocking out,most of the fouls are related with hand,the effect of clamp are common,defenses on fast break are poor.To rebuild defense theory and improve individual defense are main countermeasures. |
