| 摘 要： | 随着网络技术的不断发展,企业组织结构必将突破传统的集权制结构和分权制结构向网络型结构和无界限型结构转变,"金字塔"式的等级机构被打破,动态弹性组织结构建立和完善,财务管理将从职能型财务向流程型财务转变;从核算型财务向战略管理型财务转变;财务人员的角色也必将发生深刻的变化.

| Abstract: | With the development of network technology,the enterprise's organizational structure will alter from the traditional united and decentralized structure to the netted and unlimited one,and it will break the pyramidal grade organization and the dynamic flexible organization structure will be built and perfected.The fiscal administration will change from functional to flow finance,and from checking to strategic finance.And also the position of fiscal personnel will change profoundly. |
