高校培养"一体化双师型"职教师资办学理念的研究与实践

摘    要:培养符合职业教育发展需要的师资一直是全国重点建设职业教育师资培训基地为主体的高校探索和实践的问题。从重视实践性教学,发展到用国家职业资格证书等衡量培养职教师资的专业实践能力,从中级、高级证书水平不断提升到“技师”的要求,以天津工程师范学院为代表的一批高校培养出兼有理论教学能力和指导实践教学能力的“一体化双师型”的新型职教师资。本文从办学理念出发,分析了天津工程师范学院培养“一体化双师型”职教师资的发展脉络和教学改革的相关措施。

Abstract:The teachers who fosters the teachers who accords with vocational education developing need to be always that the whole nation priority builds vocational education trains base colleges and universities for the main body the problem probing and putting into practice.Secondary take seriously practicality teaching,develop arrive at use country occupation credentials and so on judge cultivate duty teacher money special field practice ability,secondary middle rank,high-grade certificate level unceasingly be advanced arrive at "technician" request,use Tianjin University of Technology and Education be representative a batch of colleges and universities cultivate out annex have theory teaching ability and guide practice teaching ability "integrated double certificates" new model vocational and technical teachers.The paper has analysed the Tianjin University of Technology and Education trains the main body of a book "integrated double certificates" vocational and technical teachers way of development and the educational reform relevance measure pair from the idea running a school.
