| 摘 要： | 知识共享是知识管理最重要与最核心的议题.但知识共享绩效的测度研究却很少.本文尝试引入知识资本,通过分析知识共享对知识资本构成要素HC、SC、RC的推动,发现其分别构成知识共享的"主力"、"场力"、"动力",在此基础上构建了知识共享缋效评价的指标体系和测度模型.并通过实证分析,验证了从知识资本视角进行知识共享测度的可行性.

| Abstract: | Knowledge Sharing(KS) is the focus of knowledge management.But its measurement is seldom discussed.Knowledge capital(KC) is introduced to measure the efficiency & extent of knowledge sharing,by analyzing how KS contribute to three dimensions of KC respectively,and finding three dimensions be main body, field force,drive.Finally its indicators and model are designed & testified by demonstration,and its conclusion is that it is feasible to measure KS performance by inducting knowledge capital angle. |
