长江中游地区城市建设用地利用效率及驱动机理研究

摘    要:本文基于DEA-ESDA-GWR研究框架,全面分析了2000-2012年长江中游地区41个城市建设用地利用效率的总体特征、区域差异以及时空演化格局,探究了经济发展水平、城镇化水平、产业结构、政府干预程度、外商投资水平等5因素作用于城市建设用地利用效率的驱动机理。结果表明:1长江中游地区城市建设用地利用效率总体平均水平较高且呈现不断上升趋势,差异性显著,城市建设用地利用效率与经济发展水平表现为相一致的不平衡性;2长江中游地区城市建设用地利用效率表现强烈的空间关联特征,2004年以前表现强烈的空间正相关,2004年以后演变成强烈的空间负相关,各城市随年份演进呈现不同的空间分布格局;3长江中游地区城市建设用地利用效率变化是各影响因素综合驱动的结果,经济发展水平、政府干预程度、产业结构对城市建设用地利用效率产生正向促进作用,而城镇化水平、吸引外商投资水平对城市建设用地效率产生的影响以2008年为分水岭,影响由负变正。其中城镇化水平、产业结构以及吸引外商投资水平是造成长江中游地区城市建设用地利用效率时空格局分异与演变的关键驱动因素。

Abstract:We comprehensively analyzed regional differences,variation and spatial correlation across 41 urban construction land use efficiency regions in the middle reaches of the Mid-Yangtze riverbetween 2000 to 2012 using DEA-ESDA-GWR methods. We explore the level of economic development level,urbanization,industrial structure,degree of government intervention,level with foreign investment and other factors on the driving mechanism of urban construction land use efficiency. We found that the average urban construction land use efficiency area in the middle reaches of the Mid-Yangtze river is higher and shows a rising trend. The Wuhan city circle rise is the largest,but the difference is apparent. The urban circle construction land use efficiency value is consistent with economic development level imbalance. The urban construction land use efficiency of Wuhan city circle and Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city group is higher than the ring of Poyang Lake ecological economic zone and Wan-jiang city belt. The utilization efficiency of urban construction land area in the middle reaches of the Mid-Yangtze river shows evidence of spatial correlation and strong space convergence and different clustering characteristics. The cities with the year present different space distribution pattern evolution. Inspection of the relevant influence factors on the efficiency of urban construction land area in the middle reaches of the Mid-Yangtze river have a significant impact. The economic development level and degree of government intervention have positive promoting effects on urban construction land use efficiency,and the urbanization level and level of foreign investment in different phases of the impact on the efficiency of urban construction land in a different direction,largely in urban development initial stage effect,is negative. The urbanization level and high economic development level is reaching a positive impact.
