摘    要:教学诊断与改进工作是实现人才培养目标的关键内容,也是国家全面发展现代职业教育的必然要求。长江职业学院将PDCA循环理论循环应用于基础护理学的教学诊断与改进过程中,以基础护理学这门强实践性学科为例,探索PDCA循环与课程教学过程的衔接,详细阐述了其在教学诊断与改进中的应用,以便完善教育质量保证体系,提升教学质量管理现代化水平。

Application of PDCA Cycle into Diagnosis and Improvement of Basic Nursing Teaching in Higher Vocational Education

Abstract:It is well-known that teaching diagnosis and improvement work is the key content to achieve the goal of talent cultivation and is also an inevitable requirement for the country to fully develop modern vocational education.Changjiang Polytechnic applies the PDCA cycle theory cycle to the teaching diagnosis and improvement process of basic nursing.Then,the paper tries to take basic nursing as an example and focuses on exploring the connection between the PDCA cycle and the course teaching process.Surely,the aim is to improve the education quality assurance system and enhance the modernization of teaching quality management.
