| 摘 要： | 来华留学生校友工作是来华留学工作的重要组成部分。从留学生教育质量保障视角出发开展校友调查工作,不仅能为来华留学政策的制定提供参考依据,帮助大学建立国际化人才培养反馈机制,同时还有利于学校获得更多的社会理解和支持。为此,强化全面质量管理理念,提升在校留学生的学校认同感,以学校为主导加强各行业校友信息交流,调整留学生培养模式,指引校友调查工作的开展,推行校友终身学习计划是做好来华留学生校友工作,加强来华留学生教育质量保障的有效路径。

| Abstract: | Alumni work is an important part of international students'education.From the perspective of quality assurance,the survey of international alumni can provide references for the policymaker,establish a feedback mechanism for the university,and help the university gain more social understanding and support.Therefore,improving students'sense of school identity under the concept of Total Quality Management(TQM),strengthening the communication of alumni information through university's efforts,adjusting cultivated mode of students,leading the survey work and implementing the alumni lifelong learning plan are efficient ways to conduct alumni work and strengthen the international education quality. |
