皮肤镜在卓越医师班皮肤肿瘤教学中的应用评估

摘    要:探讨皮肤镜技术结合PBL教学法在卓越班皮肤性病学教学应用中的意义。以本校2015级卓越班40人为实验组,采用皮肤镜技术结合PBL教学法;随机选取2015级临床医本班40人为对照组,采用传统教学法。选择皮肤肿瘤章节,两组为同一教师授课及带教,教学结束后进行对比性研究。教学结束时,实验组与对照组考核成绩相比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在问卷调查中,实验组学生认为学习中加入皮肤镜相关内容可直观形象地观察皮损,有利于鉴别其他疾病的相似皮损,提高临床分析能力。皮肤镜技术结合PBL教学法有助于提高卓越医师班学生的考核成绩,对综合能力的培养有促进作用。

Abstract:This paper mainly explores the significance of the dermoscopy combined with PBL teaching method in dermatology teaching in"outstanding doctor"class.40"outstanding doctor"class students in Grade 2015 in Guilin Medical University were selected as the experimental group(n=40),and 40 students from the class of clinical doctors of Grade 2015 were randomly selected as the control group(n=40).The experimental group used the dermoscopy technology combined with PBL teaching method;the control group used the traditional teaching mode.The skin tumor section was selected and both groups were taught and led by the same teachers.The prospective teaching results were compared in two groups.At the end of the probation,the test scores of two groups were statistically different(P<0.05).In the questionnaire survey,students in the experimental group believed that the dermoscopy combined with PBL teaching method more contribute to training clinical thinking,developing self-study ability,improving learning interests,ect.The combination of dermoscopy technique and PBL teaching method is helpful to improve the examination scores of students in"outstanding doctor"class and to promote the comprehensive ability.
