| 摘 要： | 运用调查咨询、实地考察和比较分析等多种科学方法,分析了省区市运动项目管理体制改革的现状、特点与问题,并对其中4种典型改革方案进行了归纳比较,通过对主要影响因素的类比,提出了基本构想,为各地进行这项改革提供决策参考和科学借鉴。

| Abstract: | Based on local investigation and interview,the current situation,characteristics and existing problems in the reform of sports management systems in different provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions were analyzed. The typical four reform programs were then discussed and analyzed, followed by an analogy between the main affecting factors. A summarized general idea and suggestions for sports management systems reform at provincial level were put forward. |
