| 摘 要： | 高校体育社团作为社会、和谐校园的重要组成部分,它所具有的思想教育功能、群体凝聚功能、社会适应功能、文化再植功能、素质拓展功能远远超过了社会其他组织。在构建和谐社会的进程中,高校体育社团的发展面临着管理制度不健全、监督机制松散、社团物质条件差、社团活动品位层次低、社团内部建设不完善等困境。

| Abstract: | Sports corporation organization which set up in colleges is the important part of the tuneful society and tuneful campus.It has many functions about ideology training,group coagulation,culture rebuilding and quality increasing.But it confronted with many trouble,such as,imperfect management system,loose supervision system.The author thinks that the guiding ideology and external condition should be changed. |
