| 摘 要： | 随着科技信息时代的到来,高校学报作为一种综合性的学术刊物,代表着高校的学术导向,已经成为所属高校的"一张烫金的名片"。当前,学报信息利用的网络化、学报信息存储的数字化和学报信息管理的标准化等问题日益凸显。对高校学报提出了传输网络化、学报数字化和管理智能化的要求。特别对高校学报信息建设中的硬件、网络、信息、管理安全性的保障提出了挑战,应从建立技术保障体系、制度保障体系、树立安全责任意识和培养专业网络人才等方面加强建设。
