| 摘 要： | 从管理学角度对跨国公司R&D国际化的模式与组织协调问题进行了系统分析。探讨了进入20世纪90年代以来跨国公司R&D国际化的新特点;依据R&D的国际化机制,对跨国公司R&D国际化的模式进行了系统分析并归纳出了八种典型模式;给出了一个适用于R&D组织形式选择的匹配矩阵。

| Abstract: | This paper investigates the modes and the organizational coordination of R&D internationalization in MNCs from the viewpoint of management referencing to the previous researches. Firstly, the characteristics of R&D internationalization from the beginning of 1990s are summarized. Then, the R&D internationalization is classified into 8 typical modes based on the analysis of the mechanisms of R&D internationalization. Finally, the organizational coordination of internationalized R&D is discussed and a matrix matching the selection of R&D organizational modes is presented. |
