| 摘 要： | 阐释了“赛会”、“赛会志愿者”、“组织文化”等概念,阐述了志愿精神对于构建和谐社会的意义。通过分析赛会志愿者中存在的问题,提出了构建赛会志愿组织文化及具体措施:在招募志愿者时将志愿组织文化与用人标准结合起来;将志愿精神及组织的价值观贯穿培训的始终;树立志愿组织楷模;塑造志愿组织形象。

| Abstract: | The paper expatiates on the definitions of sports competition,competition volunteer and organizational culture and on the significance of volunteer spirit to constructing the harmonious society.Analyzing the problems existing in the volunteer organizations,the paper proposes the measures of constructing the organizational culture of the match volunteer organizations,including integrating the organizational culture and employment standards,guiding the training with the volunteer spirit and organizational value and establishing the examples of volunteers as well as organizations. |
