| 摘 要： | 以项目管理知识体系为基础,总结高校大型科研项目管理过程中的关键要素,用解释结构模型(Interpre-tative Structural Modeling,ISM)对其进行分析,找出这些要素之间的内在联系,针对这些关联性提出高校管理大型科研项目的有效对策。

| Abstract: | The key factors of process in universities’ large-scale research project management are summarized based on project management knowledge system.Those factors are analyzed and the key factors are identified by using ISM.At last,the optimization policies are given according to the optimization model. |
