| 摘 要： | 在分析科技资源概念的基础上,认为科技资源中最为重要的是科技人力、科技财力、科技组织机构三大资源.围绕三大科技资源,对甘肃科技资源的配置现状及其区域分布特点进行分析研究,发现甘肃科技资源配置存在省会城市——兰州一头独大,科技资源配置极为不均的现状,不利于科技支撑甘肃社会经济整体发展的要求.结合当前甘肃区域社会经济发展特色及趋势,提出优化甘肃科技资源配置的战略对策.

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of science & technology resources allocation,the paper raises a point that the most important resources of science and technology innovation are human resources,financial resources and organizations.Around the three technical resources of Gansu province,the paper analyzes the situation and regional distribution characteristics of Gansu and finds out that science & technology resources allocation is extremely uneven,which is not conducive to support the social and economic development in Gansu.Combined with the regional social economic development of Gansu,the paper proposes some strategic countermeasures to optimize the science and technology resources allocation in Gansu. |
