| 摘 要： | 高新技术企业是技术创新的源头和科技成果转化的直接载体,高新技术企业发展对一国或地区经济发展具有较强拉动作用,吸取国内外推进高新技术企业发展的经验对推进高新技术企业发展具有重要意义。在总结发达国家高新技术企业发展经验的基础上,进一步归纳了国内先进城市推进高新技术企业发展的经验,并得出了加大政府扶持力度,拓展融资渠道,以需求为导向确立企业技术创新的主体地位,推进产学研结合和科技成果转化等启示。

| Abstract: | High-tech enterprises are the source of technical innovation and the direct carrier of scientific research achievement,which can also stimulate the regional and national economic development.So it is of great significance to adopt the experience of promoting the high-tech enterprises development at home and abroad.This thesis summarizes not only the development of high-tech enterprises in developed countries but also the experiences of the advanced cities in China.And then the thesis reaches the conclusion that we should increase the government support,expand the financing channels,establish the dominant position of enterprise innovation under the demand-driven principle,and promote the research and technological achievements. |
