蔗糖业供应链风险因素的识别与评价

摘    要:风险因素的识别和评价是风险研究的重要阶段.借鉴国内外关于供应链风险影响因素的识别方法,根据蔗糖业供应链的特点,提出了影响蔗糖业供应链的风险因素.最后运用灰色关联法建立蔗糖业供应链风险因素评价模型,并通过实例证明此模型的可行性.

Abstract:It is important to identify and evaluate the factors of supply chain risk.This paper also puts forward the influence factors of the sugar industry supply chain risk,with the reference to recognition method of supply chain risk factors abroad from literature based on the characteristics of sugar industry supply chain.Finally,gray relational analysis is adopted to evaluate supply chain risk factors of the sugar industry,and then one practical example proves the feasibility of this method.
