| 摘 要： | 海洋经济的快速增长与海洋科技投入的大幅度增加密不可分。采用C-D生产函数拓展模型,对2000—2008年沿海地区的面板数据进行实证分析,结果表明,政府海洋科技投入对海洋经济增长具有显著的正向效应,其弹性系数约为劳动力的增长弹性系数的2倍,二者均小于固定资产投资的弹性系数。

| Abstract: | The fast growth of marine economy is closely related to the increasing input to ocean science and technology.This paper uses the C-D production function development model,carries out empirical study on coastal area panel data of year 2000-2008,and finally concludes as follows: the government input to ocean science and technology has the remarkable positive effect on marine economic growth;its elasticity coefficient is 2 times higher than labor force growth elasticity coefficient,both of which are smaller than fixed assets elasticity coefficient. |
