| 摘 要： | 21世纪的技术创新趋势是网络化合作创新和开放式创新。这一趋势对现有的技术创新提出了挑战,主要体现在技术交易市场、企业创新管理模式、知识产权制度。为了适应这一趋势,企业需要构建外部创新网络,逐步搭建内部创新平台,同时灵活运用知识产权管理方式。
