| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代需要高素质的创新人才，创新人才的培养靠教育，关键是靠高素质的教师。因此，高等师范院校必须进行教育创新，才能适应21世纪经济社会发展和教育改革与发展的需要。高师院校教育创新具有特殊的意义和作用。高师院校要实现教育创新的目标，必须从教育观念、教育模式、课程体系、教育技术手段和管理制度等方面进行改革和创新。文章就高师院校如何改革与创新的一些问题提出了建议和对策。
