| 摘 要： | 将成熟度的概念引入国防工业科技成果转化的组织评价中,界定基于知识管理的国防工业科技成果转化组织成熟度内涵,指出组织成熟度包括结构成熟度、过程成熟度和功能成熟度3个层面。从成熟度等级、过程域、过程域目标和最佳实践4个方面构建组织成熟度模型,提出组织成熟度评价指标体系。基于指标体系特征分析选择模糊积分评价方法,对我国船舶工业5家企业进行了实证分析,为提升国防工业科技成果转化组织的知识管理绩效,完善组织体系建设提供了一种有效的工具。
