| 摘 要： | 创新是一个国家进步和发展的灵魂,一个国家的创新主要通过基本的市场细胞--企业来完成。作为当今市场经济中的活跃主体,微型企业对经济社会的发展作出了巨大的贡献。但是,作为市场主体中的"弱势群体",微型企业在创新的实力、对创新的认识和对创新机会的把握方面都处于劣势,要实现"创新驱动、内生增长"的发展模式,不仅需要政府及相关部门的扶持与支持,通过契约式联合等形式形成集群创新联盟,进行"组团创新",也是微型企业提升创新能力、增强发展的持续性的重要出路。

| Abstract: | Innovation is the soul in the progressing of a country,and the innovation of a country mostly completed by the basic cells of the market——enterprises.As a kind of active market entity in the market-oriented economy,microenterprises played a pivotal function in the process of the development of national economy.But,being vulnerable groups of the society,microenterprises are in disadvantage condition in innovation ability,in the understanding of innovation,and in the grasping of the chance of innovation.To achieve the "innovation driven and endogenous growth" development pattern,supports from government and any relevant authorities are need,and more often,microenterprises themselves should get together and form an innovation alliance through Contractual joint to enhance their innovation ability. |
