| 摘 要： | 跨文化是比较管理学研究的重要视角和特征。运用跨文化的视角和文献回顾法,在概念方面主要通过对比较管理学的研究对象、经典案例和制约因素进行回顾,在研究路径方面主要从国家和企业文化、比较管理理论模式、企业管理、管理学理论和SWOT理论等角度进行探讨,经过梳理得出比较管理研究一般经历"学习-融合-创新"的发展阶段,具有跨国性、整体性、自觉性、时空性、跨学科性和可比性等6大特点的结论,认为比较管理学的复兴是文化在管理活动和管理史中地位提升的必然结果。

| Abstract: | Cross-culture is the important viewpoint and feature of comparative management studies.By the way of comparative management and systematic literature review,the article firstly reviews the object of study,case analysis and restraining factors about comparative management’s concept,secondly reviews the national or firm’s culture,comparative management’s theories,business management,management science and SWOT theory about the research path of comparative management.Comparative management studies usually experiences three stages of development,i.e.study-mix together-innovate.Comparative management has six characteristics of transnationality,globality,consciousness,pace-time continuum,interdisciplinary and comparability.Its renaissance indicates culture’s position comes up in managerial development and history. |
