| Abstract: | The commence of the knowledge economy has taken effect on job analysis.This paper sums up some issues about the development trend of job analysis and finds that people and environment change are the critical factors that job analysis needs to focus in the future.In the end,this paper reflects on the need and task boundaries in job analysis. |
