| 摘 要： | 独立学院是我国新发展的公办民助的高校,是培养高素质应用型人才的基地。在新形势下,其学生党支部组织生活出现了内容重复、形式单一等影响学生党员健康成长的不利因素,制约着全体学生党员先进性、积极性与创造性的发挥。本文结合实际工作的经验和思考,提出一些提升独立学院党支部组织生活实效性的建议。

| Abstract: | Independent college is a basis for the cultivation of high quality and applied talents in China. In the new situation, there exist some disadvantageous factors in its student party organization life. Based on the experience of practical work, this paper proposes some suggestions on improving the efficiency of party organization life in independent college. |
