| 摘 要： | 如果财富是金色的，那么配以黑色的环境污染，最终黑色将湮没金色的光芒；若配以绿色的生态环境，金色才能在希望的绿色中绽放耀眼的光芒。本文从城市生态经济系统出发，针对后发国家城市聚集生态效益和聚集经济效益的恶性循环，提出解决问题的突破口在城市建设，并进行机制阐述，最后以大连市城市建设的成果进行具体论证。

| Abstract: | The extensive economy in developing countries has brought about environmental pollution and done harm to ecological environment, which will prevent these countries from developing. By studying urban ecological and economic system, the authors put forward that urban construction is the solution to the vicious circle between urban ecological benefit and urban economic benefit, and make an exposition of the mechanism and demonstrate it by the sample of the urban construction achievements in Dalian. |
