体育锻炼对大学生心理健康影响的研究

摘    要:采用文献资料、问卷调查、实验研究及数理统计等方法,对浙江省普通高校大学生心理健康及参加体育锻炼状况进行分析.结果表明:体育锻炼对大学生心理状态的改变联系密切,对调节和缓解大学生因学习负担而造成的心理压力有良好的效果.长期坚持中等运动量的体育锻炼有利于大学生心理健康水平的提高.

Abstract:By means of documents and materials, questionnaire investigation, experimental research and mathematical statistics, college students' psychological health and physical training conditions in Zhejiang has been analyzed. It has concluded that physical training is not only relevant to the change of their psychological condition, but regulates and alleviates their psychological pressure caused by study pressure more effectively. Long-term and middle physical training is favorable to the improvement of college students' psychological health level.
