| 摘 要： | 中小企业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分,在全国企业总户数中中小企业占98.5%,职工人数占70%,资产总额占50%,销售额占60%,工商税收占50%,在缓解就业压力、促进经济增长等方面发挥着重要作用。但目前中小企业获得银行贷款的份额占不到银行全部贷款额的四成,这与其在国民经济中的地位极不相称。“融资难”已经成为严重制约中国中小企业发展的“瓶颈”之一,也是我国当前发展中小企业亟待解决的问题。从金融创新的角度来看,担保投资是中小企业未来融资的新渠道。

| Abstract: | Small and middle enterprises(SMEs) are important components of our national economy,accounting for 98.5% in the total amount of national enterprises,70% in workers' number,50% in the total value of the assets,60% in the sales amount,50% in the industrial and commercial tax revenue.It is playing an important role in alleviating the pressure on employment,promoting the economic growth etc.But the bank loan share that SMEs obtain only accounts for less than 40% of the total bank loan at present.This is extremely disproportionate with it in the position of the national economy."difficult Financing" has already become one of the serious "bottlenecks" to restrict the development of SMEs.It is an urgent problem to be solved at present to develop our SMEs too.From the viewpoint of innovating in finance,guarantee investment is the new future financing channel of SMEs. |
