| 摘 要： | 目前我国农业产业结构调整中存在着农民市场观念淡薄，农产品结构单 一，政府行政手段使用过多，农产品市场体系不完善，营销手段落后等问题。必须加强对小农经济的改造，加强政府的引导、扶持，依靠科技进步，增强农业竞争力，加快农业商业性组织的培育。

| Abstract: | At present, during the adjusting process, there are some problems, such as ,the weakness of the peasant's market conception and consciousness, single structure of agricultural products,lots of administrative means used by government, imperfect market system of agricultural products ,backward selling means , etc. So the simple agricultural economics' reform and governmental guide and support must be strengthened. And depending on progress of science and technology, agricultural competition should be strengthened,and the development of commercial organization in the agriculture should be accelerated. |
