| 摘 要： | 大力发展社会主义文化，建设社会主义精神文明，推动社会主义文化的发展繁荣是“三个代表”重要思想的体现。高校校园文化是社会主义精神文明的重要组成部分，是培养建设有中国特色社会主义事业接班人的重要陈地。高校校园文化建设要与时俱进，富有创新精神，体现有中国特色的高校校园文化，就要求扎实地推进高校校园丈化建设，切实建立和完善高校校园文化建设的保障机制。充分发挥高校校园文化在大学生思想政治教育中的作用。

| Abstract: | Develop socialist culture in a more cost-effective manner. Build socialist spiritual enlightenment. The development and prosperity of promoting socialist culture is the embodiment of an important thought of 'Three Represents'. University's campus culture is an important component of the socialist spiritual enlightenment. Train importance place Chen , cause of building a socialism with Chinese characteristics of successor. University's campus cultural construction should grow with each passing hour. Rich in the initiative spirit , reflect university's campus culture with Chinese characteristics. Require that advances university's campus cultural construction sturdily , set up and perfect the security mechanism of university's campus cultural construction conscientiously. Give full play to the cultural role in university student's ideological and political education in the university campus. |
