| 摘 要： | 日益普及和完备的网络在为我们提供了丰富资源和极大便利的同时,其负面效应也日渐呈现,产生了诸多网络问题甚至网络违法犯罪。构建和谐网络生活,要求广大网民在网络生活实践中不断提高自身素质,用网络公德来调整、规范、优化我们的网络行为。加强网络公德建设,着力培养、提升广大网民的网络公德水平,是网络生活和谐的重要前提,在构建和谐网络生活中发挥着带有根本性的、不可替代的重要作用。

| Abstract: | Along with the network has provided us rich resources and freedom , It has also brought some negative influences and many network questions. For network life harmony, we must improve own quality, comes the standard, the autonomy with the common courtesy our network behavior. Therefore tries to raise, to promote our moral consciousness and the moral cognition level, is very essential, is also the network accord development premise and the foundation. |
