| 摘 要： | 伴随着中国社会经济由计划经济向市场经济的转轨,竞技体育人才的培养模式也在发生着改变,即竞技体育培养模式由＂举国体制＂向＂院校化＂的转变。然而,在两种管理体制相互转换过程中不可避免地出现了随之附带的问题。从系统论角度对这种制度交替时所带来的不利因素进行分析,并采用控制论的思维方式对中国竞技体育人才培养模式系统做以优化与控制,即＂举国体制＂与＂院校化＂的完美结合。
