| 摘 要： | 随着我国校车安全事故的频繁发生。催生了校车立法。我国校车立法存在层级较低、内容单一，不系统性，不规范等问题。在校车立法的过程中，借鉴其他国家的先进经验，制定一部切实可行的法律。解决校车无法可依问题。
