| 摘 要： | 为了进一步明确体育局作为政府的一个公共管理的职能部门,肩负着维护我国体育强国地位和发展全民健身运动等使命,对厦门市体育局公共职能管理的进行研究,对厦门市体育局人力资源管理现状进行调查,结果表明：厦门体育局进行人才机制改革是极为重要的,在职人员工作的满意度、培训情况、激励机制等等都反映出体育局在人力资源管理上的优势与不足。

| Abstract: | In order to clarify P.E.Bureau＇s public function which shoulders China＇s sports development and the nation＇s fitness,this paper studies the Xiamen P.E.Bureau＇s situation and its personnel management.The result shows that to reform the personnel management in Xiamen P.E.bureau is extremely important.By that,Xiamen P.E.Bureau shall focus on the working staff＇s satisfaction,training and motivation system. |
