| 摘 要： | 随着梧州人工宝石产业的发展，企业利用阿里巴巴等电子商务平台开展宝石外贸的业务不断增加，出现了国际电子商贸人才紧缺的问题。文章提出通过加强梧州人工宝石网商商会与本地院校之间的合作，培养企业紧缺的电子商贸人才，从而实现企业贸易发展、高校办出特色的双赢目标。
