| 摘 要： | 知识转移是合作数字参考咨询服务(CDRS)过程中不可缺少的一个重要环节。以此，结合CDRS知识转移过程中知识产权风险，针对合作关系与CDRS工作流程引发的知识产权风险对CDRS知识转移的影响进行分析，提出从加强知识产权管理、谨慎选择合作成员馆、引入第三方的监督体系、强化咨询团队交流能力、建立有效的信任机制以及加强成员馆间知识转移引发的知识产权风险评估体系的建设六方面规避CDRS知识转移中知识产权风险的策略。
