| 摘 要： | 认为集成式的政府信息在线服务机制是我国政府信息在线服务的重要趋势，集成式的政府信息在线服务应体现出管理集成与信息共享原则。具体分析集成式的政府信息在线服务机制的内涵和理论模型，提出以政府网站作为集成式在线服务前台和共享式政府信息数据库作为集成式在线服务后台的构想，并研讨其实现方法。
