| 摘 要： | 针对云计算在图书馆的应用问题，介绍云计算环境下图书馆与著作权保护方面的冲突，指出云计算环境下图书馆把不同数据信息托管给云计算服务提供商可能产生的不同著作权问题，详细论述这些著作权问题的解决思路和协调策略，得出在现有法律环境下，图书馆与云计算服务提供商之间的托管协议对解决著作权问题具有重要作用等结论，以期为云计算环境下的图书馆与著作权保护提供有益的参考。
