| 摘 要： | 集群网络企业间知识转移有利于产业集群的创新和持续性发展。将集群企业之间知识转移策略分为“转移”、“不转移”和“回敬”三类，建立知识转移博弈支付矩阵，根据演化博弈理论并运用Netlogo平台构建演化博弈仿真模型，分析不同收益值情况下知识转移博弈达到的演化均衡状态，通过仿真说明信任、沟通和惩罚机制是集群网络企业间知识转移的重要治理机制。
