| 摘 要： | 对休闲体育的概念起源以及我国休闲体育的研究现状进行了综述与分析,指出我国休闲体育理论研究领域当前的薄弱方面与存在的问题,在此基础上,提出了我国学界应该借助休闲学的学科视角,在统一的研究范式内构建休闲体育基本理论体系的对策建议,旨在为不断提升我国休闲体育理论研究水平,从而更加科学有效地指导实践活动提供理论参考.

| Abstract: | The origins of the concept and research status of leisure sports leisure sports were reviewed and ana -lyzed.This paper points out the weak aspects of the current theoretical research in the theoretical field of leisure sports.And on this basis , this paper proposes that a basic theoretical system should be established in a unified par-adigm , adopting the perspectives of leisure study , for the purpose of upgrading the level of recreational sports theory research and effective practices , thus to provide better theoretical references for this field . |
