| 摘 要： | 技术在与主体的关系中生成价值并表现其属性。技术价值主要包括自然价值和社会价值。技术价值是技术伦理产生与形成的前提和基础,技术伦理是对技术正面价值的维护或扩展和对技术负面价值的制约或控制。"技术的社会形成"理论是关于技术及其发展的社会建构或形成过程和机制的理论。马克思的技术社会论既不是技术决定论,也不是社会决定论,而是技术的社会形成论。

| Abstract: | The technology generates its value and shows its attributes in the relationship with the subject .The value of technology mainly includes natural and social value .The value of technology is the premise and foundation of formation of technology ethic which is to maintain or expand the technological positive value and to control or re -strict the negative valve .The “social shaping of technology” theory concerns the technology and the social con-struction of its development or the shaping process and mechanism .The view of technological society by Marx is neither the theory of technological determinationism , nor the theory of social determinationism , but the theory of so-cial shaping of technology . |
