| 摘 要： | 通过比较,我国游泳运动员在雅典奥运会成功率偏低,主要在于训练理念不符合现代游泳发展的实际,集训体制缺乏科学性以及赛前恢复失控等多种因素共同影响所致。改变这种现状,必须建立起完整的科学训练体系,才能保证我国竞技游泳迅速而稳定的发展。

| Abstract: | Comparing with the foreign swimming athletes,the reasons that caused Chinese swimming athletes have lower rate of success in Olympic Games lie in the training principle not accord with practice of modern swimming development,lack of science and loss control before competition resuming.To change this actuality and to enhance the rate of success in Olympic Game,we should establish integrated and scientific training systems. |
