| 摘 要： | 随着教育体制的改革 ,高等职业技术教育得到迅猛发展 ,高职教育的发展既丰富了我国的高校办学层次 ,也为国家培养了紧缺的高技能人才 ,由于高职发展速度过快 ,在发展方向和发展目标定位上 ,或多或少地存在发展目标不明、定位不准、发展方向不切合实际等一些问题。结合我院实际和特点 ,我们要把握好高职教育的方向 ,找准自己的办学定位 ,打造自己的办学特色 ,坚持以市场为导向 ,加大办学的调整力度。

| Abstract: | With the reform of the structure of education,high vocationa l and technical education gets swift and violent development,development of professorshi peducation abundant university of our country run a school the level,train high technical ability talents in short supply for the country too,because the de velopment speed of the professorship is too fast,in developing direction and de velopment goal are orientated,the development goal exists more or less unidenti fiedly,rient inaccurate ,some questions that the developing direction is not geared to actual circumstances,etc.. Combining the our academy with the characte ristic actually,we want to get hold of the direction of professorship education ,find one's own localization of running a school accurately,make one's own cha racteristic of running a school,insist on taking market as the direction,stren gthen the adjustment dynamics of running a school. |
